Are your biscuits made fresh?

Absolutely! We take pride in crafting our biscuits from scratch, ensuring freshness in every bite.

What type of chocolate do you use?

We only use the finest quality Belgian couverture chocolate.

How long do the biscuits stay fresh?

All of our products come labelled with Best Before dates, you can view best before in our product descriptions when shopping.

Where are your products made?

We bake and decorate everything onsite at our registered and licensed kitchen in Altona North.

Are your products allergy and vegan friendly?

Currently our biscuits contain allergens such as dairy, nuts (almonds) and wheat and aren’t vegan. However our medjool dates are naturally vegan (dark choc option) and gluten free. For a full list of our ingredients, click here.

Can I place a custom order for a special occasion?

Of course! We love creating bespoke biscuits for special events. Reach out to us with your ideas, and we'll work together to make it perfect.

Can I have my biscuits available on the day I order?

We require 3 days notice for orders as we bake every batch from scratch, so if you need these biscuits by the weekend we recommend to order by Wednesday to be safe.

Pick up 

You can pick up your order from our premises at Altona North on Thursday - Saturday. You can choose between 9am -11am or 5pm - 8pm and Saturday 9am -11am.

Delivery

We deliver throughout VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS. We use Australia Post Express shipping which should take no more than 2 days to arrive. During extreme heat waves we will hold off from sending until we are confident to do so. We use thermal insulation in our boxes during warmer months as well as an icepack.
